Outdoor selling areas include parking for one vehicle and a selling area (parking space) directly behind that vehicle. Outdoor selling is weather-dependent so please be prepared for the day’s weather; the event organizers are not responsible for providing weather protection.
Vendors may begin set-up at 6 am. When set-up is complete, vendors are encouraged to remain within their space or exit the building and congregate away from the vendor areas. It is our intent for each vendor to have a hassle-free set-up opportunity with minimal distractions and traffic-free aisles. Pre-event selling is not permitted.
Admission: $5.00 per person.
Indoor 8 ft. Tables or Outside tandem parking space: $15.00.
Electricity may be available indoors. Note your request with your reservation. The event organizer is not responsible for power cables or strips.
We ask you to follow up on all reservations with an email to swapfest@w9rh.org. You will receive an email reply when your order has been processed and tables or spaces are assigned.
